สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม Preparation.

1. พริกแกงคั่วกลิ้ง ชนิดผง curry powder 1 pc.
2. เนื้อ 300 g.
3. น้ำมัน Cooking oil 1 tablespoon.

วิธีปรุง Cooking step

1. ตั้งไฟกลางใส่น้ำมันลงในกระทะ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ ใส่เนื้อลงไปผัดให้พอสุก

2. ใส่พริกแกงคั่วกลิ้งชนิดผงลงไป แล้วคั่วจนแห้ง

3. ปิดไฟ ยกเสิร์ฟพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อนๆ
