1. พริกแกงมัสมั่น Massaman curry powder 55%
2. กะทิผง coconut milk powder 40%
3. น้ำตาล sugar 4%
4. เกลือ salt 1%

สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม Preparation.
1. พริกแกงมัสมั่นชนิดผง Massaman curry powder 1 pc.
2. น้ำ water. 300 ml.
3. เนื้อและผัก meat and vegetables. 300 g.
วิธีปรุง Cooking step
1. ตั้งน้ำ และใส่พริกมัสมั่นชนิดผงลงไป
Boiled water in a pot and put Massaman curry powder into the pot.
2. เมื่อน้ำเดือดเติมเนื้อและผัก
When the water boils, add meat and vegetables to it. Until cooked.
3. ปิดไฟ ยกเสิร์ฟพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อนๆ
Turn off the stove and serve with hot steamed rice.

เก็บไว้ในที่แห้งและเย็น หลีกเลี่ยงแสงแดดและความร้อน Store in a cool and dry place.
