2. น้ำตาล sugar 8%

สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียม Preparation.
1. พริกแกงผัดเผ็ด ชนิดผง curry powder 1 pc.
2. เนื้อและผัก meat and vegetables. 300 g.
3. น้ำมัน Cooking oil 2 tablespoon.
วิธีปรุง Cooking step
1. ตั้งไฟกลางใส่น้ำมันลงในกระทะ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ ใส่เนื้อและผักลงไปผัดให้พอสุก
Set the pan with medium heat, add 2 tbsp, cooking oil. Stir the meat and vegetables until it is cooked.
2. ใส่พริกแกงผัดเผ็ดชนิดผงลงไป แล้วผัดให้เข้ากัน
Add curry powder 1 pc. And stir the meat well.
3. ปิดไฟ ยกเสิร์ฟพร้อมข้าวสวยร้อนๆ
Turn off the stove and serve with hot steamed rice.
